Box Alarm RIchdon At Rosa Parks Blvd Garage Fire Spread to Adjacent Vacant Dwelling And Both Exposures 04/03/11

This fire was initially dispatched as a garage fire with an assignment of one engine and truck. The first due units arrived to find that the the fire spread to the vacant dwelling dwelling in front of it as well as the exposures to the right and left. A request was immediately made to fill out the box assignment. The situation would be brought under control after approximately 20 minutes leaving the garage and original dwelling a total loss and the exposures with damage but still inhabitable.
