Vacant Dwelling Fire Pennsylvania and Charlevoix
Another vacant dwelling falls victim to Devil's Night. This fire was on the corner of Pennsylvania and Charlevoix St early on the morning of 10/31/08. The attack was intially and internal attack but fire fighters were ordered out of the building as the fire overtook it. As the airhorns sounded on the scene the crews evacuated the building and went to an exterior attack mode.
