Terryville Volunteer Fire

Structure Fire Main St Terryville 2/1/15

As everyone else was sitting in front of their TV's getting ready to watch the superbowl Terryville Volunteers were being dispatched to Main St for a smoke investigation. They arrived to find a large colonial style house with a heavy fire condition on the second floor. Crews stretched in and were able to knock the fire down quickly before it extended to the attic space or the floor below. Thomaston Volunteers also responded with an engine to cover the town Terryville's equipment was all committed to the fire
