Watertown Volunteer Fire Department

Working Fire Siemon Company 5/23/10

As Watertown Volunteers were reporting totheir respective stations to be issued their dress uniforms for the Fire Fighters Memorial Service and Department photograph a fire call for the Siemon Company was toned out. The location of the alarm was about a half mile from the department headquarters on Main St. Crews arrived to find an interior fire with heavy smoke pushing from the buildings ventilation system. Beacuse of the fast response crews quickly contained the fire but would spend another 40 minutes overhauling and ventilating the building. You can see many of the fire fighters are dressed in their parade uniforms as they repack the LDH on to Engine 6.
