With the second floor apartments over a strip of stores fully involved Hartford fire fighter must open the deck guns and tower ladder monitors to knock down the heavy fire which would level the second floor residental portion of a building on Barbour St in the City's northend. The first floor businesses also sustained significant fire smoke and water damage.
