Commercial Structure Fire 14 Waterbury Rd 09/15/15

Prospect Volunteers along with mutual aid from Bethany, Cheshire, and Waterbury battle a well involved commercial structure fire on Waterbury Rd. Te town fire marshal called in the fire as he heard glass break and observed fire from the second floor of a 2 story wood structure that housed the Golden Wok Restaurant and a masonary business. As heavy fire vented from the roof and thw structural integrety of the building appeared to be less sound crews were ordered out of the building and an external attack was taken up. The buiding sustained extensive damage but there were no pysical injuries as a result of the fire.
